The Group has 1,450 employees in 8 offices across the world. The Group’s headquarters is located in London, United Kingdom.
The Group’s downstream marketing and distribution businesses carry the Harvest Energy brand. Its midstream and upstream businesses, including refining, blending and exploration and production, carry the Prax brand. The Group is collectively identified as the Prax Group.

Our Prax family of businesses includes a number of distinct brands with distinct strategic roles. The Prax Group has invested in downstream businesses – Aviation, Marine, Industrial & Commercial and Retail – and these divisions operate under the Harvest Energy brand. In Europe, the Group’s Retail business operates under the OIL! brand. Axis Logistics manages the logistics operations of the Prax Group of companies. And operating under our Breeze brand, we have a number of unmanned filling station.
