The Prax Group Appoints Alessandro Agostini As Head of Exploration & Production – Europe & Africa

The Prax Group has appointed Alessandro Agostini as Head of Exploration & Production – Europe & Africa. Based at the Group’s headquarters in London, Alessandro reports directly to Vladimir Langhamer, Managing Director – Europe & Africa.

As a strategic and innovative leader with over 20 years’ experience in business development, portfolio management, contract negotiation and strategic planning, Alessandro is responsible for the Prax Group’s upstream exploration and production interests, utilising the Group’s resources and global network of businesses to develop future opportunities across the world.

He joins the Prax Group with significant experience of designing and implementing a broad range of corporate growth and change initiatives, having previously worked for Energean Plc as Head of Business Development and Portfolio Management. Prior to that appointment, he worked for Edison SpA in a number of senior management roles.
