Prax Achieves Gold RoSPA Award For Health & Safety Practices

The Prax Group has achieved a Gold Award in the internationally-renowned RoSPA Health & Safety Awards, the longest-running industry awards scheme in the UK, for Health & Safety performance during 2019. This is a significant achievement, not least because it has been attained in a matter of only two years, from when the Group first applied for the Awards – and won a Silver Award, having surpassed both the Merit and Bronze Award categories.

The RoSPA Awards scheme, which receives entries from organisations around the world, recognises achievement in Health & Safety management systems, including practices such as leadership and workforce involvement. The Awards scheme is highly respected for awarding organisations that sustain high standards of Health & Safety.

To achieve the Gold Award, we demonstrated:

• Satisfactory occupational health and safety management systems and culture
• Improving compliance with control measures for principal risks and action on health issues
• Reducing accident rates
• No fatal or major injuries due to employer negligence
• Few significant enforcement issues

This award is testament to the Group’s on-going commitment to sustaining high SHEQ standards across the organisation.
