In order for our current business trajectory to continue in support of our future growth objectives, we have a number of ongoing initiatives in place.
We’re lowering steam-to-flare ratios through work undertaken on steam traps and by installing a pre-flash drum system which we estimate will save 41.5 kilotons and C02 emissions annually.
Our aim is to become a leading source of Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil and we’re developing the use of alternative solutions for co-processing and blending biofuels.
In line with the UK government’s ambitions to increase electric vehicle uptake, we’re working hard to develop an EV infrastructure, by beginning to install fast chargers on a number of our forecourts.
As part of our mission to create a more streamlined business to propel our future growth, we’re building on our success which has been achieved through our entrepreneurial spirit and lean structure, enabling fast decision-making.
We are developing and integrating a digital transformation programme to enhance our IT landscape, enabling us to embrace richer functionality and streamlined automation.
We’re looking to make Prax Lindsey Oil Refinery a leading, next generation refinery of the future, with significant investment across the site to ensure continued security of supply for many more years to come.
