Clare Boardman, Matthew Steven Roe and Paul James Meadows were appointed Joint Administrators of State Oil Limited and Prax Treasury Limited and Clare Boardman, Paul James Meadows and Christopher Hirst were appointed Joint Administrators of Prax Petroleum Limited, Harvest Energy Limited and Harvest Energy Aviation Limited (together “the Companies”) on 30 June 2025.

Kristian Shuttleworth, Clare Boardman and Paul James Meadows were appointed Joint Administrators of Axis Logistics Limited (“the Company”) on 7 July 2025

The Prax Group’s UK and European Retail business, Upstream and international operations all currently continue to operate outside of insolvency.

A winding-up order was made against Prax Lindsey Oil Refinery Limited, Prax Storage Lindsey Limited, and Prax Terminals Killingholme Limited on 30 June 2025 and subsequently against Prax Terminals Jarrow Limited on 22 July 2025 (the “Companies”). The court appointed the Official Receiver, Gareth Jonathan Allen, as Liquidator of the Companies. The Court also appointed Matthew Boyd Callaghan, Joanne Hewitt-Schembri, Samuel Alexander Ballinger and Andrew James Johnson as Special Managers (the “Special Managers”) of Prax Lindsey Oil Refinery Limited, Prax Storage Lindsey Limited, and Prax Terminals Killingholme Limited on 30 June 2025 and subsequently of Prax Terminals Jarrow Limited on 22 July 2025, and Prax Downstream UK Limited on 12 November 2025 to help manage the affairs, business and property of the Companies, in accordance with the powers and duties contained in the order appointing them.
